CPLI

So yea I'm a huge nerd and I am gonna blog about CPLI just because it was so amazing!




First the dynamic of this year vs. last year was amazing! There was so much more cross council interaction this year and I feel like so much more was accomplished! I was soooo very nervous to meet with my council because I still wasn't sure as to how they would respond to me being President and because the meeting went so horrible last year (there was so much yelling last year I was in complete shock to hear some of the stuff said). But my meeting went so well! All of the Presidents appear to be on the same page and are really excited to make PHA a sisterhood and to work together to grow our numbers. In fact during the council meeting we thought of ways to fix a few current problems and a PHA sisterhood event was set up and it was decided there would be one movie night a month in a different house each time. It was just such an amazing weekend and helped me feel a lot less scared about what I am taking on. I can't wait to hold my round tables with the Presidents and I am glad they like my 2 times a month format. Maybe it is just the CPLI high that caused all this to happen........but I really think we are ready to change and ready to make BIG things happen and I can't wait!!!
